It is surrounded by vegetation, mostly cork oaks and wild olives. It accesses the motorway easily and it is a short distance from the beaches, golf courses, leisure centres, supermarkets, etc.

Ms Esmeralda Patricia Paredes Orozco, our architect, graduated in the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with projects carried out in the mentioned capital, in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Baja California, Monterrey and the Mexican state of Nuevo Leon.
Her wide experience in the design of villas of Mexican and colonial-style makes the design of this "Hacienda" unique. The construction will be carefully carried out in detail by a well-known authorized builder of the area.
