SOBRE NÓS

Absolutely the best estate agent I have ever met, the service is impeccable. They have taken possibly the tedious process of buying a home in Spain into an enjoyable experience. I cannot praise these guys enough. Please use them, they wont disappoint.

I have been a client of this company for quite a few years. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. They have been looking after my property in Spain and always there if I have had any problems. I can highly recommend them.

I have used all the agents in Sotogrande and really they are the best without a shadow of doubt. Kaye and Dante are caring, diligent and immensely capable. Thank you guys, you are the best.

I was reluctant to hire the services of a real estate agency due to a bad experience with them, but the good work and professionalism of Lourdes has made me trust them again. 100% recommended. Thank you very much.

Friendly, professional and extremely emphatic. Easy and fast contact and bespoke service.

I have made many property purchases around Europe, and have worked with many Real Estate Agents. This experience has provided me with a good idea with which to benchmark the experience I received working with BM Property. I cannot recommend BM Property highly enough, and specifically the wonderful Kaye Falconer, with whom we worked very closely on our villa purchase. Kaye demonstrated not only a fabulous insight into the area, but also provided us with a real 'duty of care' in terms of our purchase, and additional services we would need to settle in quickly. If you're buying in Sotogrande or the surrounds, there is only one company to deal with..... BM Property. Truly Outstanding !!!!!!!

Great service! Friendly and helpful and helped us find our family home that we love! Would highly recommend!

I've been working with BM properties for 12 years and they are the only ones I would trust for my real estate needs in the area. The staff is amazing and they always go above and beyond. I first found them many years ago when I send an email at 11PM on a Sunday night and got a response right away. I haven't worked with another agency since. Can't recommend them highly enough.
