Born in South Africa, Sabina moved to the Sotogrande and Gibraltar area at the age of three when her father, Bradley, began working in Sotogrande — a decision that would shape the course of her life. Raised between Gibraltar and southern Spain, she attended primary school in Algeciras before completing her secondary education in Gibraltar. This cross-border childhood gave her an early and intuitive understanding of the cultures, communities, and lifestyle that make this corner of Europe so uniquely compelling.

After studying at Nottingham Trent University in the UK, Sabina returned to the coast she has always called home. Her connection to Sotogrande is deeply personal — woven from childhood memories of its beaches, its outdoor lifestyle, and the sense of safety and community that led her family to put down roots here in the first place. For Sabina, it has never simply been a place to work; it is where she belongs.

Before entering real estate, Sabina built a strong foundation in sales and management at TCA, a domestic appliance retailer in Gibraltar. Starting in an entry-level sales role, she was promoted to General Manager within three years — a position she held for a further two years, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and senior client relationships. After five years with the company, she was ready for a new challenge and a more personal direction.

That direction led her to BM Sotogrande, where she joined her father's business with a clear long-term vision: to contribute to, and one day continue, the family legacy. She has quickly become a key figure in the team, combining her commercial instincts with a natural talent for client service and discretion.

Sabina specialises in luxury villas, country estates, and fincas, as well as select apartments and off-plan developments across Sotogrande and the surrounding area. She works with a diverse international clientele — many relocating, searching for a second home, or investing in the Costa del Sol market — and her approach is always centred on understanding each client's lifestyle and long-term vision, not simply matching them to a list of specifications.

She is also the face of What's Behind the Door, her property video series that brings Sotogrande's most exceptional homes to life through storytelling and market insight — offering clients a more immersive and personal way to explore the market.
