Such falls in available housing stock were observed in various Andalucian and Mediterranean coastal locations, a trend that seems to have particularly come about after the lifting of the most stringent coronavirus restrictions in Europe in September 2020.

There has been much talk lately of how the priorities of would-be buyers of Spanish property have evolved in direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
